6 long years. That’s how long I struggled to get pregnant without any help or answers as to why I wasn’t conceiving!  Several doctor’s appointments, medications, timed cycles, prayer, wishing, wondering…and nothing was happening for me.

I was finally referred to Dr Pinto by a new OBGYN I was seeing, and my first appointment immediately felt different from any other that I had been to.  He took the time to get to really know me at our consult, joked with my husband Kyle, and we really felt a connection we had not felt before!  We knew we were in the best hands possible!  Dr Pinto immediately began the bloodwork, the ultrasounds, and medications to help us conceive.  Throughout the entire cycle he was attentive and caring, always checking in on me, and making sure I was ok.  He made an unknown road not so scary, and that really put us at ease!

Although things always looked textbook perfect for us, our first 2 transfers didn’t work.  Dr Pinto was relentless to try more blood work, more tests, biopsies…whatever he could think of to see why I wasn’t getting pregnant!  While we never received a diagnosis, he never stopped helping and praying for us.  Overall we were under Dr Pinto’s wonderful care for 3 years.  We had done 2 IUI procedures, a fresh embryo transfer, and 2 frozen embryo transfers.  We felt like failures but always felt like Dr Pinto would never give up on us!  Finally he recommended a new test, which we did, and on our next transfer WE WERE PREGNANT!!!  I can’t even put into words how excited we were!  I received a phone call at home from Dr Pinto and I’m honestly not sure who was more excited, us or him!

Without his constant care and compassion and willingness to never give up, we wouldn’t have our beautiful little girl Ella.  We feel like God put Dr Pinto in our lives for a reason.  I wouldn’t trade one single day under his care for anything in this world. 

I am blessed to have more embryos in storage, and I can’t wait until my husband and I are ready for baby #2, because I will get to see our beloved Dr Pinto again!!!
